DianaMexico review for Disputifier: Smart Chargebacks

Since around July of this year, customer service has been terrible. It takes more than 25 minutes to respond to a message (and that’s being generous), and EVERYTHING is just copy-and-paste. Before, they used to review your case, look into any issues there might be, and help you out quickly. Now it’s a disaster. I’m already thinking about switching app, and I’ve been using this one since 2023.
