Mae has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She was quick, clear, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our setup checks across multiple stores. She explained the Ethoca, RDR, CDRN, and billing alert questions in a way that was easy to understand, and helped us confirm exactly what was active, what was still in progress, and what needed to be monitored next. What stood out most was how thorough and calm she was — even when we had several technical questions around descriptors, alert overlap, duplicate billing, and account activation timelines. She gave practical answers, pointed us to the right resources, and made the whole process feel much easier. Excellent support from Mae as always. She’s a star!

Bleona was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I was initially very confused and frustrated about a chargeback alert situation, but she took the time to clearly explain how alerts, refunds, and chargebacks work step by step. Her responses were fast, professional, and reassuring, and she made sure I fully understood what was happening with my Shopify order and why the refund was automatically processed. Even though the situation itself was frustrating, Bleona handled it with a lot of empathy and expertise. Excellent customer support — thank you again!

SCAMS i havent checked my invoices for a while. checked recenlty and found out they been charging me +25% fees, and worse of all, they havent replied to any chargebacks, I lost all cases + been charged 25%. absolute scammers.
This review is simply untrue. 1) Our pricing is 20% of the value of chargebacks we respond to and win back successfully. It is impossible to be charged 25%, or charged for a lost or unresponded chargeback. 2) Your win rate is 71.2%. We have won 53/74 chargebacks for you. 3) All chargebacks have been responded, zero were missed or unresponded. We suggest that you respond to our multiple attempts to contact you as it seems that you may be confused.

Update: Following some initial communication delays, the Vice President (Chris) has personally reached out to assist with my case. We are currently working through a complex technical verification together. While the issue is not yet fully resolved, I appreciate the professional and direct involvement from the management level to find a solution. Adjusting my rating to reflect the current effort.
