Needs to improve the exports features in multiple sections, mainly in the billing export, also some metrics from dashboards, because takes time to understand all those settings and real benefits we got. Even in the Docs don't have all the information to understand it. The customer support is doing better the past days.

Terrible software. Most disputes still go through anyway, making the service almost pointless. Support has been completely useless, and multiple times they simply closed the chat when I asked why disputes kept being received without alerts or whether my payment processor integration was even set up correctly. On top of that, we were charged for multiple false alerts. After disputing them, the cases just stayed “under review” for months, seemingly hoping we would forget about them, only to later find out they were never refunded. Overall, a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money for us.

The store went down due to a hold, so I notified Disputifier that I wanted to disconnect the store. That was possible, but chargebacks continued for the first 7 days. Absurd, of course. Then, after those 7 days, they still charge you for the chargebacks even though they don’t do anything about them—you can’t dispute them, and you don’t get reimbursed. Bleona was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I was initially very confused and frustrated about a chargeback alert situation, but she took the time to clearly explain how alerts, refunds, and chargebacks work step by step. Her responses were fast, professional, and reassuring, and she made sure I fully understood what was happening with my Shopify order and why the refund was automatically processed. Even though the situation itself was frustrating, Bleona handled it with a lot of empathy and expertise. Excellent customer support — thank you again!
