Bleona did a great job helping me to set up my store and get running successfully

Abigail was absolutely amazing! I had a serious issue with automatic chargeback alert refunds from my previous service, and she took the time to understand exactly what happened. She helped configure Disputifier so I have manual control over Ethoca and CDRN alerts and added a rule to prevent automatic refunds on delivered orders. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the system works going forward. Excellent customer support and highly recommend!

Blad my man, This guy is the ultimate go to person for me, I've onboarded about 3 MIDs with him, he went above and beyond explaaining all details how to set everything up. Can't thank him enoguh. Now I can relax and dont worry about the chargebacks

Great app that does exactly what it's supposed to do. What really stands out though is their support. They always answer VERY fast and are really helpful. Can't recommend this app enough for chargeback mitigation!

He got straight to the point, explained clearly how the app would help my business, and even showed me ways it had already been helping me without me even realizing it. Great customer support! I reached out to ask about the CDRN & Ethoca alert processing time window, and Abigail explained all the rules clearly and patiently. This plugin is really helpful for merchants to prevent chargebacks, the response mechanism of pre-chargeback alerts works as described. Worth installing for any Shopify store worried about payment disputes.
