Great app. With a great and fast support. Support rep understands the software thoroughly and it shows. Which a lot of times you don't get from other apps. Can recommend.

If a customer files a dispute while the package is in transit, they will automatically refund the customer, which will contribute to your losses and can Aid in customer fraud attempts. Additionally, they won't be able to resolve the issue for you, and you will still be charged the fee.
Hey there, The service you're referring to is chargeback alerts. This notifies merchants of incoming chargebacks, and by default, enables an automatic refund to be processed to prevent the dispute. Although it can reaffirm a refund that was already going to happen anyway due to the chargeback, many merchants are willing to accept this because it prevents the chargeback. This of course avoids any potential issues with your payment processor If chargeback prevention is less important than maximum revenue retention, you can always opt to turn off chargeback alerts and utilize our automated chargeback recovery solution.

Great app and support is very on top of things. Automatically refunding alerts makes this app better than a lot of others with similar services!

dont use this. they will auto refund customers if thier app "thinks" its a "fraudluent charge" had multiple customers emailing us asking why their order got cancelled. unable to receive a clear answer from the support. beware.
Hi there, as we explained via chat, you selected our "Fraud Blocking" feature which uses AI to identify fraudulent orders. Similar to the Shopify fraud analysis, but smarter. You opted to select auto refunds which is not an option that is enabled by default. You could've chosen not to use auto refunding or not to use the fraud blocking service in general. Instead, you chose to leave a negative review.

Don't bother with these thieves. They overbilled me $600 and refunded me. But had I not brought it up there is no way to know if they would've refunded those at all. Sad that I had to reach out to get it refunded. Don't see this app lasting much longer.
You received 320 chargeback alerts between 2/14 and 5/3. 23 of your alerts (7%) were not refunded due to issues like "can't find", "duplicate", and "already a chargeback". We refunded these alerts to you promptly and we also proactively flagged these alerts for credits with Ethoca. As we explained to you, these alerts are automatically submitted to Ethoca for credits. We apply refunds/credits once Ethoca approves them. One of, if not the best app for Shopify. Their services are mandatory to operate a good online business and their online support is instant and amazing. I would give it 100 stars if i could.

Literally never have to worry about chargebacks again. It's the best app on the market for chargeback management and prevention. Alex G is a phenomenal rep as well. Super helpful and very quickly responsive! 5/5

This app is a lifesaver! Before using it, I was stressed out every single day dealing with high chargebacks and worried that my website would be banned. But since discovering this app, my stress levels have plummeted. It's truly incredible. Now, I can focus on my regular tasks without constant worry, knowing that 90-100% of chargebacks will be automatically refunded before impacting my account, keeping my chargeback rate in check. The support team is amazing, and the setup process was a breeze thanks to their assistance. They even set up a private Telegram chat for easy and efficient communication. I'm slightly annoyed I didn't find out about this app sooner. It's been a real game-changer for me. I highly recommend this app. 10/10!
