Disputifier excels in simplifying chargeback management. The interface is intuitive, and whenever I have a question, their amazing customer support is available at all hours, providing prompt and helpful assistance. The analytics feature is a bonus, offering insights to prevent future disputes. Definitely a must have for efficient and stress-free chargeback resolution. Highly recommended.

SCAMED US ALMOST 10k DONT USE THAT APP We just download disputifier this week They checked our chargeback on the full history of the shopify they took all the resolved chargeback of the 6 last years and claimed they resolved themselves they debited me 9640 dollars today its a scam I ll have to charge back the full debit from shopify

GET THIS APP IF YOU ARE A STORE!!!!! It is an absolutely gamechanger, you need to have it. It helps so much with the fraud out there and helps save you SERIOUS money :)

Switched from an overpriced fraud software, and Disputifier has saved us a lot of money each month (and time). The features feel a lot more tailored for stores like ours. Plus an amazing support team that is very helpful. We've been winning more chargebacks, and overall were happy with Disputifier. I'd pick it over other fraud/chargeback softwares. I'd DEFINTELY pick it over not using any software for fraud/chargeback at all (relying on Shopify's default fraud detection).

Disputifier is helping us saving THOUSANDS in chargebacks. F**k chargebacks hahah. These guys are awesome. Support it amazing. It really is an absolute NO BRAINER. If you're getting any amount of chargebacks, you need to get this app. Life saver.

I can spend my time talking about the product Disputifier and whether or not it is worth it. Quick answer: It's totally worth it. But what I really want to talk about is the level of customer care shown by the people behind this company. In quick time they made sure that I was on a plan that was right for me, helped me with a dispute, and kept their word on everything they promised. Dealing with them it's plain to see that their interest is in their customers and their customer's safety. They earn their money by helping you keep yours, not with trick subscriptions or fear-mongering. Happy I chose them, you will be too. Add them and subscribe, you won't regret it.

THIS APP IS A LIFESAVER. Saves us so much time from manually crafting and googling the right responses as well as sending out emails, screenshot-ing them, and all the extra documentation we need to win, etc. It's a very smart app and for being super new... just WOW.
