The Connection for payment did not go through and canceled the customer order and had to manually. Hopefully this can be better in the near orders process. This is been good until that happen the only issue so far.

The app is user friendly, and the processing time is impressive. I have my first two orders in. Just waiting to see how the shipping times from the vendors for the full experience. Overall, I rated the platform a "5 Star" rating because it has allowed me to build my sellers platform with ease, provides excellent brand products with most offering free shipping, which is a plus.

THEIR PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE HORRIBLE! There has been an extreme decline in the quality of customer service offered by Doba. I had a concern about their policies and both the customer service representative Ethan & their supervisor Hannah were extremely disrespectful, defensive and WRONG! Instead of admitting that they were not knowledgable of my request, they advised me incorrectly, and in an extremely unprofessional manner. Having used Doba for over a year at this point, I was shocked at the level of customer service they now have. I will not be using them again.

I find it very bad that a product that goes out of stock is never returned.
