lack of support to even get setup, we tried to contact them several times with no response. we suggest not to setup your app that requires your manual setup if your not going to actually provide the support

Probably the worst app I've ever used. There is absolutely no customer service available to assist you. And there's no way to actually get this widget to work for your page. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. A WASTE OF TIME
