I would not suggest this app. I had hundreds of fraudulent donations done mainly from India based on the traffic to my site. This in return caused me multiple chargebacks in which I had to pay $15 per chargeback. It appeared that they were testing out stolen credit card numbers to assure that they worked. Hands down worst experience I have had that actually lost money.

We needed some help with the installation and Abhishek was able to do this for us very quickly. We are yet to go live with the website but very happy with the service from this app team so far.

This is the app we use for our site that blends sales with donations (we are a non-profit organization). We have needed some customization to ensure the app works as we need it to work, and their developers have been responsive. They understand the concerns we are raising and build solutions within a couple of days, at most.

I needed assistance creating a donation widget on our custom template, and the support team went above and beyond to help me out. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they provided clear documentation on the changes implemented. The entire experience was smooth. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for this functionality and top-notch customer service!

This is an update from my earlier review because I feel sorry for the developers of this app. The App caused big problems for my shop after the uninstall. Code was left behind. I understand that the code was manual code that the developers helped with. Had I known they would need to manually uninstall this, I wouldn't have had to go to the trouble of hiring an expert to help identify the problem. The app itself, while it was working was good. Just be careful when you uninstall the app. Contact the developers to make sure they have removed ALL the code.
