This is an update from my earlier review because I feel sorry for the developers of this app. The App caused big problems for my shop after the uninstall. Code was left behind. I understand that the code was manual code that the developers helped with. Had I known they would need to manually uninstall this, I wouldn't have had to go to the trouble of hiring an expert to help identify the problem. The app itself, while it was working was good. Just be careful when you uninstall the app. Contact the developers to make sure they have removed ALL the code.

It was a perfect fit for our Not-for-Profit organization. The support was outstanding, and we are very happy with the app so far. We needed an App to set up a custom donation product and send custom donation receipts to our amazing supporters. After trialling many other apps, we stumbled upon Donate Source, and the whole experience, from onboarding to setting up custom items, has been phenomenal. The support team is very hands-on and super helpful.

After we installed this new app on our e-commerce platform, we noticed that our entire shopping cart feature became dysfunctional and non-operational. This situation has been extremely frustrating for our team as we rely heavily on online sales to drive our business. Despite our best efforts to communicate this critical issue to the technical support team over the past several days, the problem remains unresolved. As a result, our online store has been forced offline, leading to significant financial losses on a daily basis. We are urgently seeking a resolution to this issue to minimize the impact on our business operations.

Donate Source app has been up and running for a week now. We have already received higher amount donations that what our previous donation app could provide. In order to accurately add the donation option to our cart page I needed assistance from the Prezen Apps team which were very helpful, punctual, and detailed in their communication with me. Thank you!

5 stars for customer service. I struggled to sort the installation out but they worked promptly to sort it out for me. We look forward to using it to raise donations for our charity in our online Christmas shop.

Was nervous not seeing a sample page before downloading the app. Wasn't sure how it would look or fit into my store. These guys are so awesome. I needed help installing and they were on it. Then I wanted some custom placement and they took care of everything. This is truly what great customer service is all about. They stand behind their app and will help you achieve your goals. Over the moon service. Highly recommend. Just ask to install on a new theme and Bam it’s done. Wow

Says "Free Plan Available" but only shows one plan, for a monthly subscription. Tried to add it several times to make sure it wasn't a glitch. False advertisement. Frustrating.

We've used this app for a couple of weeks now. We were previously collecting donations via Shopify's tipping functionality which had several key limitations. By using Donate Source we have been able to bring in more donation income than before. The set up was straightforward, and the customer support team were on hand to help us out. In fact, they helped us co-ordinate the deployment across our current theme and the next-in-line deployment. They've also been on hand to help with additional styling and format changes. They've been absolutely great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone.

Very helpful with setting up the app. The helpcenter customized several pages of my website in order to make the donation option visible in an effective way. Had a very extensive chat with them, they answered all my questions. Recommended!

I ask the support team (Mady) to help me to implement the code to my theme. Less than 5 minutes it was done. I also ask them put it in a specific area at the cart page. Done in 1 minute. Great job

This app provides a simple, clean donate option at our checkout page. When i had an issue that needed fixing, support chat were very helpful and sorted the issue for me.
