I’ve been using Dondy for a few months now, and I’m really impressed! The setup was fast and hassle-free – the intuitive interface made it easy to launch automated messages, abandoned cart reminders, and marketing campaigns without any coding. The customer support team deserves special recognition — they respond instantly and explain everything step by step, so even beginners can get started quickly. Since implementing Dondy, I’ve noticed customers are more likely to reply via WhatsApp — ROI has increased significantly, and the number of order status inquiries has dropped thanks to automated notifications. I can honestly recommend Dondy to any Shopify store owner — it’s a complete and effective tool for marketing and customer service.

I signed up for Dondy’s free trial on what was advertised as the cheapest plan. To my shock, I was billed for an annual fee on a higher-tier plan - $719 upfront. For a small business, that’s a huge unexpected hit to cash flow. I contacted Dondy support immediately (the same day, 1 September 2025) to flag the mistake before Shopify Billing processed it. I was told the refund would be issued and that I could downgrade my plan. Fast forward to 15 October 2025 - still no refund. After weeks of polite follow-ups and empty promises on their WhatsApp support, I eventually contacted Shopify Billing directly, who confirmed what I feared: the refund had never been actioned on Dondy’s side. Only after escalating the issue and opening a case did I finally receive a refund notification - but apparently, I still have to wait another billing cycle before the money reaches my account. So right now, Dondy continues to sit on my funds, earning interest, while my small business bears the cost. Small businesses, please be careful. Make sure you double-check your subscription settings, and think twice before trusting their “free trial” and billing promises.

מאוד מרוצה מהאפליקציה ושירות הלקוחות ממש טוב בכל \פעם שהייתי צריך עזרה עזרו לי בשמחה בנוסף הוא שולח הודעות לנוטשי עגלה מתכתב עם לקוחות על ידי בוט ועוזר לי בהחלט בניהול השוטף של העסק!!! ממליץ בחום!
