Dondy: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat

Great customer service

Fantastica

One of the things I appreciate most about Dondy is their customer support. In a time when many companies rely heavily on bots and automated responses, it was refreshing to receive prompt assistance from real people who genuinely took the time to understand and address my concerns. The team was responsive, professional, and followed through until the matter was resolved. Having access to human support made the entire experience much smoother and more reassuring. Highly appreciated.

excelente

Dondy is an excellent Shopify app! It is very simple and easy to use, works perfectly, and integrates smoothly with other Shopify apps. It also offers so many great features and useful options. But honestly, the real highlight is the customer support. The team is extremely helpful, willing to jump on video calls whenever needed, and assists with every small part of the setup process. A huge thank you to the Dondy team, and especially to the amazing Or! Highly recommended app — definitely one of the best and most essential apps for Shopify in my opinion!
