They still my phone number. After years using my phone number, I needed to loose and cancel due to unable to use whatsapp again (personal or business). I have been calling the company with no answer. The comapany states that they realease my phone number, but it is not true.

Once your number is disconnected in our system, it is no longer linked to Dondy, and any issues with reusing it must be resolved directly with WhatsApp support.
