I tried using their automations. Unfortunately I encountered a bad service that sent me to make a new phone number/talk to Facebook support for official WhatsApp approval. He pestered me for three weeks and finally stopped answering me. I highly recommend staying away from them like the plague.

Highly suggested! I’ve been using Dondy’s services for almost 6 months now. Tried all kind of similar applications, but this one actually does the job right. I’m using it for marketing campaigns, Shopify Flow automations and general operational customer relations communication channel. Also, their support team is amazing, never left me without a solution. p.s Recently they published an outstanding AI agent with a simple and clear User Interface for setup. Bottom line, Im very pleased.
