Highly suggested! I’ve been using Dondy’s services for almost 6 months now. Tried all kind of similar applications, but this one actually does the job right. I’m using it for marketing campaigns, Shopify Flow automations and general operational customer relations communication channel. Also, their support team is amazing, never left me without a solution. p.s Recently they published an outstanding AI agent with a simple and clear User Interface for setup. Bottom line, Im very pleased.

We’ve been using the app for a while now, and beyond the fact that it makes our business service and operations easier in terms of organizing and streamlining the service and response process, which becomes much simpler. our favorite thing is the customer service. The team is always available to answer questions.
