I tried using their automations. Unfortunately I encountered a bad service that sent me to make a new phone number/talk to Facebook support for official WhatsApp approval. He pestered me for three weeks and finally stopped answering me. I highly recommend staying away from them like the plague.

I used the app to send whats app messages to the clients and trying to recover abandoned carts. After several times still not working

You should not trust them. I took their subscription for 1 year and after that I loaded 900 dollars for marketing on their website. I did not use it even for a day. Now they have stolen all my dollars and they have not left a single dollar in my account. They are complete fraudsters and scammers. I have all the proof. Do not trust them.
We always return unused marketing balances when a legitimate refund request is made. In your case, we offered to send the refund through Shopify, as this is the only secure way we can process funds back to merchants. Unfortunately, you refused this method and requested a different payment channel, which we cannot use. We have thousands of satisfied merchants and take pride in being transparent and fair. If you are willing to proceed with the refund via Shopify, we are ready to process it immediately.

They still my phone number. After years using my phone number, I needed to loose and cancel due to unable to use whatsapp again (personal or business). I have been calling the company with no answer. The comapany states that they realease my phone number, but it is not true.
We are sorry to hear about your experience. We do not have control over releasing or blocking phone numbers - this is entirely managed by WhatsApp (Meta) and your WhatsApp Business API provider. Once your number is disconnected in our system, it is no longer linked to Dondy, and any issues with reusing it must be resolved directly with WhatsApp support. Expensive and complicated to use. 1. It will ask you to register another WhatsApp Number 2. Automated messages are sent by meta and meta has a small price per automated messages aside form the monthly subscription

You can use any WhatsApp number that is connected to the official WhatsApp Business API - many merchants choose to register a dedicated number to keep personal and business messages separate, but this is not a requirement if you already have a suitable business number. really bad app, it keeps billing me the 'amount even though I removed the automatic payment, I also talked to the support team. They also refunded me, but in the October invoice I have the same amount again.

Eu assinei o plano GRATUITO para testar em meu site e hoje fui cobrada $67 DOLARES por esse app que eu nem usei. UM ABSURDO!!! eu quero o estorno do pagamento, não faz o menor sentido essa cobrança!!!

When I took one year plan one year plan had unlimited One click cart recovery messages now it reduced to 20, I want refund
