For the second time in a month I have been really let down by their support team. It is really atrocious - be prepared to go days with a broken site search if you use Doofinder. On this occasion the search bar stopped working because I had apparently exhausted my quota - the app told me I was on the free plan despite being a $61 / month paid user and they cut off the search functionality. I contacted support but all I got were messages (likely AI) telling me someone was looking into it. This really isn't a difficult issue to solve - it's an obvious error on Doofinder's side. But it has been left over 24 hours now, during which time we've spent marketing budget towards website users who cannot use our site search. Last time we had to wait 3 full days to resolve a simple issue that broke our entire site search. I recommend looking elsewhere.
