DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

As a business that sells a very niche, unique product this is a very helpful way for visitors to navigate my ecommerce store. For those new to my site, it is a discovery process to understand the many different designs of original art museum banners I carry. The tool has yielded a lot of searches already and it is super easy for visitors to use. The backend is simple to navigate as well. Thank you to Nicole for her thorough explanations and professionalism.

Doofinder has been amazing and has really improved our search and display for our website. Aleks has been great in walking us through the easy set up process and helping us to understand then information and how to improve the system. They are always ready to help and have great support.

Doofinder as added loads of productivity to our website. We are now able to advertise in our search bar, and give our customers a better search experience as a whole than the basic search function of our website. Nicole is great to work with - she has been a big help in setting up Doofinder for us and has gone through each feature in detail. So this review is not at all a reflection on her, she gets a 5 star rating. I do wish it was it wasn't so pricey, the basic plan price compared to the pro plan price is a bit of a jump and there is a lot less offered with the basic plan. I would give it 5 stars if the basic plan offered at least half of what the pro plan does (with perhaps just less monthly requests), at the basic plan price. To only get one of the many features shown in the trial period is a bit disappointing considered it costs a minimum of $35/month.
