at The Outfitters, we have a fairly large product database, ~40,000, and Doofinder really helps our users find their way through the deep database to the product they need. The price point was a small point of contention for us to begin with and felt that it was more expensive than we had originally thought it would be. However we have found Doofinder to be worth it's weight even at the higher prices. 4/5 for the App. Egor helped us out and couldn't have been any more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. 5/5 for Egor.

At Vellica.com, we sell engraved crystal and acrylic awards and corporate gifts typically as B2B. Lauren at Doofinder.com helped me understand and configure the app for the trial. Over that time, she contacted me 3 times to check in and advise. As an example, when using the site's search bar with the term "oval", the results - which populate lightning fast - display awards with oval bases, tops, or any other component with the word oval in the description. It's AI capability helps the app to improve as more searches are done by prospects. It keeps tract of CTR and Conversions resulting only from searches done via my website search bar so I know if I'm making $ with doofinder, which I already have during the trial period which is now coming to a close. It paid for itself, so I subscribed.

I did love this app when it worked however searches even by the exact name are not working for me. I have reached out twice for help once 20 days ago and second time 12 days ago. I am cancelling my service. Too bad, it was good while it lasted but customer service seems to be lacking once they have your money. I even pay for the upgraded plan and am paying $129 US per month. Save your money and find another app.

I was skeptical at first but Santiago made the whole experience a win win. We went through all the powerful features of this app and within a month i new this was going to increase my business sales. Customizing the search to get new products recognized and making sure i always have something to offer the client when they search for anything is very powerful. There have been quite a few sales generated from customers using the Doofinder search. Very happy they called me :)

As a business that sells a very niche, unique product this is a very helpful way for visitors to navigate my ecommerce store. For those new to my site, it is a discovery process to understand the many different designs of original art museum banners I carry. The tool has yielded a lot of searches already and it is super easy for visitors to use. The backend is simple to navigate as well. Thank you to Nicole for her thorough explanations and professionalism.

Doofinder as added loads of productivity to our website. We are now able to advertise in our search bar, and give our customers a better search experience as a whole than the basic search function of our website. Their support team, especially Qas, has been wonderful in answering our questions and finding solutions for any problems we have faced while trying to customize Doofinder for our needs.
