Excellent app. It helped our business modernize and streamline our website. The great customer service helped make the app very user friendly. They went above and beyond to integrate the search window with our site to make feel like it's been there all along. All the added features to customize and direct searches are helpful too.

I would recommend this app. It is very impressive and simple to use. The support is very good. I like the options included with the basic plan but I wish the banner were included because that is what I'm most interested in. The pro plan to have access to the banner is just too much for me right now.

Cass was fantastic! I took advantage of the free trial, then reconnected with Cass and he demonstrated the value and benefit to my business via the Doofinder App! A great addition to my website.

Egor was above and beyond helpful during our trial period. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly during multiple calls. We are excited to see where Doofinder takes us and feel very comfortable knowing we aren't tied down with any contracts, pay for what we want on a monthly basis, and can walk away at any time!

Had a great experience with Ayman Dakak setting up this app to my website. He was able to get all the support we needed from his team. Very supportive, respectful and patient throughout the journey. I highly recommend reaching out to Ayman if you're interested. We are now using the app and we're seeing great results so far.

Nous vous avons certainement déçu. Nous n'avons pas pu vous aider à la configuration et vous vous êtes senti abandonné et sans aucun support. Nous pensons que le problème est causé par l'utilisation du plan gratuit de base et nous n'avons pas été en mesure d'expliquer pleinement jusqu'où vont les fonctionnalités de ce plan. En ce moment, il semble que vous ayez déjà pris une décision totalement irrévocable et sans aucun retour en arrière, ce qui est tout à fait compréhensible. We have used the product for the free 30 days trial and it is fantastic. It helps the customers to find everything in our website with ease and additional sales. I have no hesitation to recommending the Doofinder to anyone who is interested in growing their business. We have now committed to using the software permanently on our website. Shaun Kilby assistance was very helpful in setting and running the systems.

This app was great until sales stopped as the product stopped working. I called my sales rep several times at the number on his contact page. There was no answer and no way to leave a message, I sent three emails to tech support with no timely response. I then emailed my sales rep directly, and he returned my call. I was only made aware of the DOOFINDER failure when a customer called saying he could not find a product. I tried to search for this product and other products only to discover the app needed to be fixed. The loss of revenue highly aggravated me, and I conveyed this to my sales rep. He then laughed at me, saying I was the first customer in the U.S. with this problem, as they knew many European customers had this same issue. My sales rep. blamed Shopify for the issue, saying it was utterly Shopifys fault the app did not renew and had stopped functioning. DOOFINDER wiped their hands of any responsibility only to offer two days of free usage and to create a brand new account, starting all over again. Another major flaw with this app is that it does not allow you to create the correct related products relative to the product found. WARNING if you want to constantly keep tabs on the performance of the app you are paying a premium for then this is the app you want. DOOFINDER is unreliable and not functional. WARNING stay away for this application!
Clearly, we did a very poor job in assisting you, which, quite understandably, left you feeling helpless, frustrated, and unsupported. Unfortunately, a series of very rare and unforeseen circumstances occurred that both caused a failure in your shop and prevented our support team from quickly identifying and resolving the issue. It seems like we also were not able to explain our proposal to compensate you for the inconvenience. At this moment, it sounds like you have completely and totally given up on trying Doofinder. If that is not absolutely the case, we would be grateful for a second opportunity to assist you... We will reach out to you by email.

Have only had the app a few weeks, but so far have been pleased with the design, the results, and speed with which the search bar is operating. Egor has been great to help us and pointing out some of the features we have available to us.

Santiago has been working with me for the last month to sample all of the Doofinder Features. The product definitely has added value to our website! Santiago has been great with all of my questions, and teaching me the ropes. The support team has handled all requests as far as integration of the app in a timely manner. Comments from customers about the search engine have been all positive. We will continue testing Doofinder under the paid subscription option to see ultimately the total value it brings!
