DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Doo Finder is excellent. Its search system allows my potential customers to find your products easily. In addition, their customer service is fantastic. They are attentive and willing to help. Really hard to find good customer service these days! Kate Keigler has been very helpful; she explains everything in detail and is always willing to help. I'm sure it was a good business decision to work with DooFinder. I totally recommend it!

DooFinder works great for us and has increased our conversion rate year over year by 8% so far. Igor was helpful in guiding us through the app setup and comparing features, along with providing further guidance about CRO.

It's a great idea and I'm sure it is beneficial for a lot of businesses, but it has not provided much benefit to our business. Our online store doesn't generate a lot of sales - we do more business synced to eBay and Reverb. When we first got started, our rep, Matheus, was very helpful and reviewed the dashboard and all of the options available. I did work on some things to improve the search for our store in the dashboard. The search feature is nice with the extra filters, but it hasn't led to an increase in sales and our website's theme already has a search bar built in - at no extra cost to us. So we feel like it wasn't worth the expense and uninstalled it this morning.

Still learning about all the features, but Egor has been great taking us through the process of implementing the App into our site and learning how to use everything it has to offer.

We like this app! It gives a vastly better search functionality experience to our Shopify store customers and provides some extra features like recommended and related products that are actually on-point, in the past with Shopify or other apps the products chosen have seemed very random and not as useful. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable and was always willing to look into and answer questions for us.

I usually do not write reviews but for this addon is a must to businesses everywhere. Not only they have great customer service (Suliaman you are amazing rep) who answer your emails so quickly but everything I asked for customization was done quickly and efficiently. These guys are top notch. Every product is only as great as the customer service behind it. The addon app itself is quite useful because it makes searching on your website easier because of the simplicity it brings to it with categories and sorting options. You will notice users starting to purchase different items that usually are buried sometimes when businesses have alot of products to showcase. Overall top notchj experience and service. Doofinder gives us a much more excellent customer search experience and the ability to view what searches our customers are making, click-through rates, and other information that helps us further improve the website. Daniel has been great, keeping in contact throughout the trial period and setting up meetings to help get the search bar integrated on our website and optimized.

Great service from Diana Sanchez for the integration of Doofinder to our webstore. We now have to use all the AI features od Doofinder and make sure we get the full potential of this app to increase our sales. Diana was kind enough to go trough the features of Doofinder with us... for at least an hour and more. Which was perfect considering the easy process with the tools of Doofinder.
