I was reluctant to get this app but after the 30 day free trial and the amazing step by step input that I got from Nicholas , I'm extremely satisfied with the result. The Search bar and filter results are on point. The unique features that they have are amazing and easy. Excellent App and has improved our website dramatically. The team is great and professional.

DooFinder has been a wonderful asset to our online shop. The trial period was great to really see how it can add value to our site first hand! The search bar is clear and helpful and easy to use. The staff (Nick) has also been wonderful training us and walking us through all the features to use the program to the fullest! We are very happy with DooFinder overall!

We have thousands of active products on our site. Navigation had been a challenge we faced for a long time. DooFinder had immediate and significant positive impact on search and site navigation for our customers, increasing sales and conversions. Support is knowledgeable and responsive. We're implementing other included resources. Wish we had found them sooner and HIGHLY recommend DooFinder.

A month ago I was contacted about trying doofinder. We decided to give the free trial a try as we only had the standard search bar shopify comes with. We were having quite a lot of no results because of words spelled wrong but doofinder has made a huge difference with that! We have just finished our free trial and we like it so much that we have decided to subscribe to the app. We've also had 3 people come into the shop and say how easy to navigate our website is. I believe doofinder has helped with that. Nichole who has helped us through this process has been more than lovely also. Wonderful to work with!

Doo Finder is excellent. Its search system allows my potential customers to find your products easily. In addition, their customer service is fantastic. They are attentive and willing to help. Really hard to find good customer service these days! Kate Keigler has been very helpful; she explains everything in detail and is always willing to help. I'm sure it was a good business decision to work with DooFinder. I totally recommend it!

DooFinder works great for us and has increased our conversion rate year over year by 8% so far. Igor was helpful in guiding us through the app setup and comparing features, along with providing further guidance about CRO.

The search bar was very basic on our website, that's why we decided to try Doofinder. Now it is much more dynamic, intelligent and personalized for each client. You can also manually enter or delete data if you wish. Also the customer service is incredible! Diana Sanchez has helped us with everything, always very concerned to solve our doubts and help us to make the most of all the tools that Doofinder has to offer.

The App is great, full of amazing features and very intuitive. The back end features are very user friendly. Qasim is extremely helpful and very hands on in implement the App on both our sites. Highly Recommended!

It's a great idea and I'm sure it is beneficial for a lot of businesses, but it has not provided much benefit to our business. Our online store doesn't generate a lot of sales - we do more business synced to eBay and Reverb. When we first got started, our rep, Matheus, was very helpful and reviewed the dashboard and all of the options available. I did work on some things to improve the search for our store in the dashboard. The search feature is nice with the extra filters, but it hasn't led to an increase in sales and our website's theme already has a search bar built in - at no extra cost to us. So we feel like it wasn't worth the expense and uninstalled it this morning.

Still learning about all the features, but Egor has been great taking us through the process of implementing the App into our site and learning how to use everything it has to offer.
