The app looks great in our store and is easy to use! Easy to customize and change settings depending on what what you need it to do! Statistics and Analytics are laid out and easy to understand for those who aren't as tech savvy! Daniel was a great help in getting it all set up, and with answering questions/fixing any problems we came across! Highly recommend the app and the rep!

This app was exactly what we needed to boost online sales for our shop. Aleksa took the time to get to understand our products and customer base to best help us customize our site searches to avoid "item not found" searches. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the program and tools it provides for the users. Definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to increase the user-friendly aspect of their online store. Couldn't be happier with our decision to subscribe to this awesome feature.

Alex and the development team were very helpful in understanding how Doofinder uses custom metafields so we could implement the search filters that we deemed crucial for our business. Would highly recommend to any store that requires powerful and customizable search functionality.

We like this app! It gives a vastly better search functionality experience to our Shopify store customers and provides some extra features like recommended and related products that are actually on-point, in the past with Shopify or other apps the products chosen have seemed very random and not as useful. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable and was always willing to look into and answer questions for us.

I usually do not write reviews but for this addon is a must to businesses everywhere. Not only they have great customer service (Suliaman you are amazing rep) who answer your emails so quickly but everything I asked for customization was done quickly and efficiently. These guys are top notch. Every product is only as great as the customer service behind it. The addon app itself is quite useful because it makes searching on your website easier because of the simplicity it brings to it with categories and sorting options. You will notice users starting to purchase different items that usually are buried sometimes when businesses have alot of products to showcase. Overall top notchj experience and service. A must have for any business - just give their 30 day free trial a go and see for yourself!

Doofinder gives us a much more excellent customer search experience and the ability to view what searches our customers are making, click-through rates, and other information that helps us further improve the website. Daniel has been great, keeping in contact throughout the trial period and setting up meetings to help get the search bar integrated on our website and optimized.

This App has been such a new and fantastic asset to my page. Its been so great to be able to see what people are searching and have the tools to make my page work even better for my customers and drive sales higher. Qas has given the best customer service and is extremely knowledgeable on how to navigate the site as well show me how to use the site. I love apps that come with personal willing and able to answer all questions and are on your side to drive sales.

Great service from Diana Sanchez for the integration of Doofinder to our webstore. We now have to use all the AI features od Doofinder and make sure we get the full potential of this app to increase our sales. Diana was kind enough to go trough the features of Doofinder with us... for at least an hour and more. Which was perfect considering the easy process with the tools of Doofinder.

The customer service for this app was awesome! Qasim was very helpful on how to maneuver through the app and answered any questions or concerns professionally. I highly recommend giving this app a try. It definitely gives you a new perspective on making online shopping easier to find products you are looking for and helps businesses navigate through the times of online shopping. I definitely liked seeing the statistics showing us how to help our customer focus on a specific product.

Crazy pricing structure, better to go for apps that charge by the amount of products you have, rather then api request
