Just installed, so far so good. Egor was very helpful in setting it up and answering any questions or concerns that I had. His service has been the reason I subscribed and decided to stick with it and give it a try.

El buscador tiene muchas opciones para impulsar los productos, maneja estadísticas muy útiles para conocer qué es lo que el usuario está buscando y qué es lo que no ha podido encontrar, entre sus configuraciones se pueden crear reglas para brindar opciones a los usuarios y otras funciones avanzadas de forma fácil. La asesoría y seguimiento es buenísimo, en mi caso mi contacto es Johanna y su servicio es espectacular, resuelve mis dudas y me maneja opciones, en conclusión me parece un producto bastante eficiente, fácil, accesible y que ofrece muchas opciones para crear estrategias para tu tienda.

Very good Search Bar app. Looks good, functions well, is responsive, gives good search results, has good interaction, and gives good backend info on search results and trends and such. Nicole S was very helpful in the setup, and handled basically everything for us. Overall this is a very good upgrade over the default Shopify search bar

I run a store on Shopify selling a fairy niche product (calligraphy equipment). I was contacted by Shaun at Doofinder who explained what it does and showed how it works and I was so impressed that I went for it immediately. It has transformed the search facility on my website and also looks fantastic because it integrates with my store design. I've had a few calls with Shaun now and he's run through loads of the stats and features that Doofinder offers and I can only see this app being a good long term investment for my Shopify store. I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves my sales over the next few months!

Doofinder has really enhanced the Search function for our customers on our website without changing the aesthetics of our site. Very intuitive search engine with great controls from the dashboard allowing you to direct potential customers to the products you want to sell. Much better than the built-in search Great support from Shaun too.

After using it for a while, we noticed images never get indexed. Great for large inventory websites which trigger specific searches! Searches are fast, Support is excellent!

Sean has been very helpful in setting up the system for me and explaining the benefits in a clear and concise manner as hes aware how busy we are and I appreciated him calling several times until he got through. I worked with Sulaiman, he is handling our account and it's been great. We are able to see the traffic of our page very useful analytics such as searches made, searches without results, and much more. Not only do we get analytics, we also get a beautiful front-end interface for the customer to easily view products with many different features including filtration by categories to your needs, and much more. The customer support truly made the difference! We had an explosion of traffic from a national spot, and Doofinder helped us push products with higher inventory and redirect customers searching for sold-out products.
