The App makes our website better. I tried it for a couple of days and I can immediately see the benefits for user experience and conversions for sales. I don't usually take cold calls but I found Daniel to be very engaging and patience with my questions. I also like DooFinder's approach to App sales. Well done.

Got the email from DOO Finder by some the girl name 'DIANA' and I must say they got a real good employees. I took the 30 days of trial and abolutely love their communication and cooperations and she also managed to arrange a meeting on weekends just to accomodate the customer. I end up buying the Pro plan and DIANA also gifter me 50K searches and their after sales service is also great. Looking forward to work with them for a long term. Way to go

The installation and integration with our website were very smooth. Doofinder makes your entire site searchable and includes suggestions for misspelled entries or items that are not listed on the site which is very helpful for conversions. Sara was very attentive and quickly implemented any customization requests I needed that weren't editable through the customer dashboard. She was always available to answer any questions!

For our website (balloonin.com), we had a lot of hurdles for Doofinder due to our unique setup needs, and Peter, along with the rest of the Doofinder support was fast to act and solved everything quickly. Not only did we speak on the phone several times, but we had video calls with screen sharing to make sure everything was handled properly which is so important to us at Balloon Innovations. With some apps, you feel like you're not sure if you're actually set up properly and maybe it's you that's the problem, but with Doofinder, they will look into your settings and let you know 100% if everything is set up correctly or not. This app might not be a fit for you and your store, but at least you'll know it before you waste 6 months and hundreds of dollars. Thanks again, Peter!

Shaun is our account manager for Doofinder and he has been exceedingly helpful throughout setup and managing our new doofinder account. His calls were very informative and we was running Doofinder straight after the call, with all features explained. Doofinder is a very good app, looks professional and has such a great amount of features to enhance your search bars. Couldn't recommend the free trial period more, it definitely gets you hooked and we have seen an increase in sales and product visibility already! Good app!

This search engine is what we looked for, this app boosted our sale massively. We spoke with Marc and he is very helpful person. They added for us our own icon to the add to cart button, if you got any question Marc is person who will answer for your questions.

Still evaluating after one month. It provides an easily accessible field of useful data and we have gotten excellent support. We feel this would be an excellent app for merchants selling items that are currently socially popular or related to hobbies.

I have been using Doofinder on my site for just over a month and have found that the technical support (I spoke to Marc) has been very friendly and fast. The search engine seems very efficient too, with the capability to Exclude results and push certain products for promotions.

I amazed at how this app has improved my overall search for the customers and the customer support from Daniel has been amazing. The click thru rate has gone thru the roof, bringing in more customers. It is the best app I have added for my store.

Best search engine on the app store. You won't find customer service like this for applications on shopify. Peter and his team are really on top of it.
