DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Aonghus has been very pleasant and persistent. He took the time to introduce Doofinder to me, walking me through the processes of adding the app, customizing the app, and optimally utilizing the app. We are just getting started, so I will be excited to continue to analyze the data and see its full benefits. Upon starting our plan, I did discover a small flaw, and luckily Aonghus had called me to check on how the process was going, and sent the issue to a support team and assured he would follow up. His customer service is one of the reasons I am giving Doofinder a go!

Excellent, easy to use interface with lots of customization available. It makes the search bar much more engaging experience for our customers, and it's designed well/ super easy to navigate from a customer-use perspective. I really like the clarity of the dashboard and as a marketing officer, the functions in the pro plan, like the banner function, look like they will be extremely helpful for us. Most importantly the clickthroughs to product pages are pretty high. Shaun at Doofinder was able to talk me through all the functions efficiently and clearly and I'm excited about using the app going forward.

Doofinder really is a step up in customer experience (and therefore conversion rate) when compared to Shopify's default search engine. Shaun was fantastic, giving us a 30 day trial and showing the ropes free of charge. There was no pressure to buy, but frankly once you've seen Doofinder in action, you will.

Currently using Doofinder on two Shopify stores. The search bar is really nice, I love the way it works. Most importantly, the tech support is top notch right from the start. Carl was great, set up everything for me, he made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving me. Many apps that I have are incomplete because of my lack of knowledge and lack of support. This is not the case with this company. They run their business the way a business should be run right from the start so I can get the most out of the app. Absolutley love the app and Doofinder as of this writing. Had a great experience with Peter who helped us through our 30 day trial. He was available and responsive to whatever we needed and did a great job at showing is how to use the backend of the app. In a short amount of time we have seen results that equal higher conversion rates and better search results for our customers. On top of that, this app is a great way to understand what your customer is looking for and if you have the right selection of product to meet their needs.
