An excellent addition to our site, has been a great help to our customers. Our site has thousands of products, so needs really useful search functionality to find it all, and Doofinder does that for us perfectly. It has many useful features that we had not even thought about beforehand, that we now cannot do without, such as combining synonym search results, banners, and dynamic reranking to highlight specific products at the top of search results. Also, the redirection to pages on your site that wouldn't come up as a product in the search results is incredibly useful. Shaun from Doofinder helped us a lot with getting to grips with all the features and was very attentive to our requests for help or information, only a phone call or an email away.

This app can appear intimidating at first because it does much more than I bargained for however, Jorge has been overly attentive scheduling multiple Google Meet meetings with me to go over every feature to ensure I understand how to get the most utility out of this app. I was also provided with his direct line and two different support desks. He gave great advice to start manipulating the backend of the app to fit my needs little by little. I am excited to see how this app performs for our older less technologically savvy customers. While writing this review, an older gentleman called in and referenced how great the tech is on the site :)

I LOVE this search app. I'm using the basic plan. It has made finding products very easy on our site. It also makes our site feel faster. Customer service is great and fast to respond. We even have an account manager that replies directly to emails. Your site needs this.

Excellent app and the best part is the customer service. After trying it out for 1 month, I decided to subscribe for the Enterprise level to take advantage of all their functionality. Excelente herramienta para las búsquedas de productos, permite mostrar los productos que coinciden con la palabra, pero además colocarle el aviso del % de descuento que tiene el producto para los que están con descuentos, hacer filtros por precio, marca y sección. Muy fácil de utilizar para configurar las búsquedas.
