This Doran Product Review App team is nothing but extraordinarily helpful. Everything I run into issues or have any questions, they'll respond super quickly and jump right into the solutions for me. The best thing about it is that it's free for the basic plan. I would highly recommend any new small business owner try this!

Responsive support for questions to help me with certain settings and understanding needs. Nothing to say, one of the best apps for product reviews (only: no overall review on your site)

Nice app, way more customizable than the bigger names (judge me, klaviyo etc.). I like that the AI summary feature is free. There's also a custom CSS box so technically any feature you want you can add if you have the patience to go back and forth with GPT. This app is a hidden gem, download while it's still free!

Great app with excellent support We are very satisfied with this app. The communication with the support team is excellent and very fast — they are always helpful and willing to assist. The app offers a wide variety of widgets that can be easily placed in many different locations across the store, which gives a lot of flexibility. Email settings are also very well designed, clear, and easy to customize. Overall, a great solution that we can definitely recommend.

Very easy to use and looks great on the store, just make sure to change the colors all individually for each element. My only wish is if there was a way to change the colors of all the elements at once all together rather than individually.
