Before installing this app, be sure to understand that you will not be able to import your reviews if you ever wanted to open a new store with a different URL. Due to limitations with this app I was unable to import my reviews from my old store (which is closing down) to my new store.

ive tried now for over an hour to set up reviews on my page with no success

My customers did not receive any email to leave review after purchasing my products. This was never resolved.
Hi Shelena, I'm Andrew again from the Doran team. I am really sad to see your review. We have just migrated our email provider to another (We made a public announcement to all users in mid-March 2025), I have seen a lot of positive feedback from customers after doing this.
