The app is easy to understand and quick to use. Even though my English is not very strong, I was able to set everything up without major problems. It works perfectly and does exactly what it promises. You need to configure your own email settings and create your own designs, which was a bit challenging for me. That is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, I highly recommend this app. It works flawlessly, is free, and is especially great for small businesses and companies that want to scale long term.

Doran is super easy to use and has helped us collect and display customer reviews effortlessly. The interface is clean, and it integrates smoothly with our Shopify store. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build trust with their customers!

So far so good with this app. I'm not at all technology minded and with the help of a you Tube video I was able set this up. I then needed some further help, so used the customer service that's available & I have to say Andrew & his colleague have been so helpful & patient. If your a whizz you'll find this app had everything you need & you will be well away, if you're like me & not a whizz then you will still find it easy to use. Tap into the help resources that are available to help get you through it. Thank you to Andrew for all your help.
