This app is providing everything that others charge $15 a month for. I have been using it for 2 stores and found perfect, comes with rating, review widget with filtering of media reviews and number of stars. comes with Q&A widget which also shows on top along with rating popup widget. couldn't have asked for more. I had to raise a ticket for showing ratings on collection but boom, the developer responded within seconds and solved within seconds as well. Have given them feedback to implement rich snippet for Q&A which they have promised to include in next update most probably. I'm dumbstruck with the functionality, features and quick support for something being offered for free which even the paid app developers dont provide. thank you very much Doran, May god bless you with all the success.

I’ve tested many review apps since 2019, and Doran is by far my favorite. It offers all the features of premium apps — but completely free! I’ve already installed it on all my stores and plan to replace Loox with Doran on this one very soon. The support team is outstanding. Huge thanks to Andrew, who spent a lot of time helping me import my store reviews. Honestly, the app is so good that I’d even recommend they start charging for it — it’s absolutely worth it!

Great Features & Stellar Support! The Doran Product Reviews app has everything I was looking for – from customizable review requests to Q&A and widget styling. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful with setup and adjustments. Although I’ve just started using it, the experience so far has been fantastic.

This is hands down one of the best review apps on Shopify.
