Honestly I would give it a 10 star rating if I could, I reached out because I was having a problem uploading my reviews. Andrew got back with me super quickly and had my reviews uploaded within like 15 minutes and he went above and beyond making sure the font matched the theme of my website. Definitely recommend.

Doran is the best reviews app in Shopify, easy to use The support from the team is super fast and reliable! Been using this app for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Firstly the app itself does everything that you would need it to. It's packed with features that are either missing with other free apps or hidden behind a pay wall on the rest. Secondly the customer service is absolutely first class. Despite being on opposite sides of the world I never had to wait for a reply to a question and the team have gone above and beyond to help me get the app up and running and perfectly matching my site and email designs. I have to confess I have made them jump through a few hoops to help me customize some elements and add extra features that I needed and they have, without fail, delivered exactly what I was after and in next to no time. All in all I can't recommend this app highly enough and for a free app you really can't do any better.
