After trying countless other apps, I finally found exactly what I was looking for with the Doran App. It’s so good that I’ve installed it on all four of my Shopify stores! Doran is the best reviews app in Shopify, easy to use The support from the team is super fast and reliable! I want to thank in particular Mr Andrew, Communication with him was direct and fast and all the points I wanted to modify were resolved and he helped me a lot. high recommendation for this app.

They are fast with helping you, i had trouble with importing my previuos reviews and they fixed it within hours!

Been using this app for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Firstly the app itself does everything that you would need it to. It's packed with features that are either missing with other free apps or hidden behind a pay wall on the rest. Secondly the customer service is absolutely first class. Despite being on opposite sides of the world I never had to wait for a reply to a question and the team have gone above and beyond to help me get the app up and running and perfectly matching my site and email designs. I have to confess I have made them jump through a few hoops to help me customize some elements and add extra features that I needed and they have, without fail, delivered exactly what I was after and in next to no time. All in all I can't recommend this app highly enough and for a free app you really can't do any better.
