Very easy to use with a nice and simple but pleasant appearance. Not only is it easy to use for the shop owner installing it, but it's also easy for customers to leave reviews using this app. All reviews are verified fast by the app and appear without any issue or bugs, which I really appreciate. The Doran team is also very responsive and easy to work with whenever I have any questions or feedback, no matter the time of day. A person always responded to me, not a robot, and they have great energy. Thank you for making such a nice app and having such a kind team!
