Doran Product Reviews App & QA

Great app with all the features needed to manage product reviews and customer questions effectively. The setup is simple, and the interface is very user-friendly. It supports photo and video reviews, customizable widgets, and even allows importing reviews from multiple platforms, which is very helpful for building trust and improving conversions. What stands out the most is the instant and responsive support team. They are quick to help, very cooperative, and resolve issues efficiently. Overall, a highly recommended app for anyone looking to enhance their store’s credibility and customer engagement.

Customer service is top notch. Keep in mind, this app is free, and amazing. I had a small technical issue I needed help with on a Saturday afternoon. They got back to me on a Saturday and had resolved my issue. I have apps I pay a lot for that don't even respond till the work week. I love this app and the people behind it!

I’ve been using Doran for more than a year now, and honestly it’s one of the best apps for managing customer reviews. The app works smoothly and has helped my customers easily leave reviews for my products, which has really improved trust on my store. What I appreciate the most is their support team. Whenever I faced an issue or needed help, they responded very quickly and resolved the problem without delay. Highly recommended for any store owner who wants a reliable review app with excellent customer support.
