Me parece una funcionalidad genial para mi tienda online. Mis clientas pueden buscar sus rutinas, productos que les vaya bien a su tipo de piel, recomendaciones, etc. Estoy encantada. El servicio técnico es impecable. Muchas gracias.

Really excellent app, with a super responsive developer team. It's a newer app, so there's been a few minor (not at all deal-breaking) bugs that I've encountered, but the developer team has been super quick to fix all the minor issues I've ran into, as well as implementing several feature requests I've made. The Dori chatbot is pretty smart, and the app's capability to add info to its knowledge-base and FAQ is pretty robust. I was initially worried because my products are pretty technical (I sell VERY niche hobby products in a VERY niche hobby), but after giving it enough data in its knowledge-base it actually answers questions about my products quite well -- maybe not AS good as me, the store owner, but honestly better than I'd expect most humans to answer questions even if trained. Also you can get the bot fully configured and do test conversations on it without adding it to your live store. So no need to launch the bot until you think it's 100% ready, which I appreciate.
