Dori is one of the best Shopify apps we’ve ever used. The AI search and chatbot have made a noticeable difference in helping customers find products faster and improving their overall shopping experience. What impressed us the most is the incredible support team. They’re always responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping merchants succeed. Every question, request, or issue has been handled quickly and efficiently. The team is constantly improving the app and truly values customer feedback. The app the customer support are so far amazing! The app is a huge sales assistant that help the customers decisions and doubts. It was everything that I needed now. The customer service was very responsive and open to my concerns and requests. I super super recommend it!
This app is one of the best I have seen on shopify. The service is so nice, it helped me with customization and didn't give up when problems seemed unsolvable. The AI integration helps customers to get answers for their questions. On the one side you can have the chat icon in the corner where AI answeres you many questions but you can also have it on your product pages where it gives additional information for each product. And this all is for free! Get it now, it is worth it

Very helpful app with outstanding support. The response time is faster than any other app I’ve used, and I’ve tried many. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable AI chat widget and quick assistance.
It is one of the best apps on the Shopify App Store. Before installing it, I tried many other apps, but none of them met all my requirements except this one. It does not require manual syncing with your store. This app is a very helpful sales assistant that solves customer queries efficiently. Besides that, the Dori team has excellent coordination with users. They contacted me first. You can directly contact them through WhatsApp to fix any issues quickly.

Dori is an excellent AI app — very responsive, intelligent, and smart. It learns well, offers multiple useful features, and is easy to use. The support team is great, attentive, quick and always helpful. I have been using it for some time and I see new features applied contineously. Great APP. Works well. AI help to communicate with customers 24/7. Support is always very helpful and helps us to fix all bugs and willing to add new features on demand. Superb quality. A++++++++++++++

The smartest AI chatbot I have tried yet. The funcionality and AI answers are good, I cannot tell its not human. App has also great support that can solve any issues and custom requests.

Really excellent app, with a super responsive developer team. It's a newer app, so there's been a few minor (not at all deal-breaking) bugs that I've encountered, but the developer team has been super quick to fix all the minor issues I've ran into, as well as implementing several feature requests I've made. The Dori chatbot is pretty smart, and the app's capability to add info to its knowledge-base and FAQ is pretty robust. I was initially worried because my products are pretty technical (I sell VERY niche hobby products in a VERY niche hobby), but after giving it enough data in its knowledge-base it actually answers questions about my products quite well -- maybe not AS good as me, the store owner, but honestly better than I'd expect most humans to answer questions even if trained. Also you can get the bot fully configured and do test conversations on it without adding it to your live store. So no need to launch the bot until you think it's 100% ready, which I appreciate. Editing to add, as my original review was left after just a week of use (it is now 4.5 months later): Still very pleased with this app. Their dev team continues to impress.
