Excellent AI Assistant for Shopify Stores DORI AI Assistant has been a great addition to our Shopify store, especially for improving customer support and making it easier for customers to find the right products. The AI assistant responds quickly, understands customer queries well, and helps guide shoppers toward relevant products without making the experience complicated. It has also helped us reduce repetitive customer questions and provide support more efficiently. The setup and integration with Shopify were straightforward, and the overall experience has been smooth. The assistant feels much more useful than a basic chatbot because it can actually help customers during their shopping journey. We’ve been using Dori on our Shopify store for a little while now and I’ve been really impressed with both the app and the team behind it. For us, one of the biggest benefits has been helping customers navigate our rug collection and work out which rug, colour and size is right for their space. The rug finder flow feels genuinely useful rather than just another chatbot sitting on the website. Even better, we’re now seeing actual results from it. Dori has already assisted 3 orders worth around AUD $1,720 in sales, which is a great result for a small business like ours. The team has also been incredibly responsive and proactive. They listen to feedback, help with setup and customisation, and are continually adding features and improving how the app works for our store. Definitely worth trying if you want AI on your store to actually help customers make purchasing decisions rather than simply answer basic questions.
Wow. I can't believe this is free. It's probably the best app we've come across. So easy to install and it knows everything about the business - which is super helpful. A must add to any store. It's actually really great. Don't miss out!

We have been working with Dori on our skincare website for the past few weeks and it is so much more than a chatbot, it’s an AI sales assistant on steroids, it recommends products, explains ingredients, build skincare routines and answers customers questions. It really creates an intelligent and seamless shopping experience for customers. There is a bit of a learning curve but the AI Brain allows you to create extensive custom behaviours, rules and knowledge that make the assistant feel like a real skincare consultant rather than a basic chatbot. In supporting us on this journey the Dori support team has been extremely responsive and have helped and guided us along the way, I highly recommend this app!!

The app the customer support are so far amazing! The app is a huge sales assistant that help the customers decisions and doubts. It was everything that I needed now. The customer service was very responsive and open to my concerns and requests. I super super recommend it!

This app is one of the best I have seen on shopify. The service is so nice, it helped me with customization and didn't give up when problems seemed unsolvable. The AI integration helps customers to get answers for their questions. On the one side you can have the chat icon in the corner where AI answeres you many questions but you can also have it on your product pages where it gives additional information for each product. And this all is for free! Get it now, it is worth it
