Product Pal has been really helpful for my customers. It answers their questions, helps them feel more confident before buying, recommends products based on what they need, and guides them toward purchase in a smooth and natural way. I also like that the team sends me useful insights through DM, which helps me understand my customers better. Overall, I’m very happy with the app and the support. I definitely recommend it.
