Amuzzi review for Dori: AI Search & AI Chatbot

We’ve been using Dori as an AI chat widget on our Shopify store and we’re honestly very happy with it. The setup was easy, and what impressed us the most is how well the AI understands our catalog. We have a huge amount of products in our store, but Dori still manages to know the products really well and gives customers helpful answers and recommendations. It makes it much easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for, especially when they don’t know the exact product name or need help choosing. The chat feels natural, the product search works well, and it adds real value to the customer experience. On top of that, the support is great. They respond quickly, are friendly, and actually help you get things set up properly. Definitely recommended for Shopify stores with a large product range that want better AI search, product recommendations, and customer support.
