great app for my business. support responds really fast when I need to resolve something
I've been really impressed with this app and how much it offers. Back-in-stock notifications send automatically when products are restocked, with the option to send them manually as well. You can customise the button, sign-up form and email template to suit your store, and customers can sign up directly from both product and collection pages. The support team also helped me set up emails to send from my own domain. They're very kind and helpful, and have made several improvements to the app since I've been using it. Great app and excellent support : )

App does not automatically email customers when items go back in stock. It's two star because we never used the preorder part of the app (could be great) and the customer service tried to resolve the situation, but demanded collaborator store access in order to do so for such basic functionality (emails sent) that it was appalling. Just tell us and we'll fix whatever wasn't working.

I’m giving this 4 stars as a first-time user, but I will definitely update my review after using it for a while. So far, this is the best Pre-Order app I’ve found. Unlike others, it doesn't have any hidden or additional fees, and the setup is straightforward and not confusing like other apps I’ve tried. The only downside is that you occasionally need to check your products manually to ensure 'continue selling when out of stock' is checked, as the app sometimes fails to sync this automatically. I hope the developers can fix these bugs, as this has the potential to be a reliable, long-term solution.
