What a great app! Works perfectly for my frequently sold-out product. There was a small issue with the modal disappearing when a different variant was selected, but I contacted support and they fixed it for me. Many thanks for a simple-to-use and well-functioning app, as well as prompt support!

I’m really happy with this app! The product works very well, and the support team is incredibly fast and helpful. What I especially like is how much more customizable the button and content are compared to other apps I’ve tried. Being able to customize the look and make it fit seamlessly with the theme is also a great feature. Overall, a very user-friendly app with excellent support. Highly recommended!

I've been really impressed with this app and how much it offers. Back-in-stock notifications send automatically when products are restocked, with the option to send them manually as well. You can customise the button, sign-up form and email template to suit your store, and customers can sign up directly from both product and collection pages. The support team also helped me set up emails to send from my own domain. They're very kind and helpful, and have made several improvements to the app since I've been using it. Great app and excellent support : )

App does not automatically email customers when items go back in stock. It's two star because we never used the preorder part of the app (could be great) and the customer service tried to resolve the situation, but demanded collaborator store access in order to do so for such basic functionality (emails sent) that it was appalling. Just tell us and we'll fix whatever wasn't working.
Dear Atwoodtoys, Thank you again for your honest feedback - it genuinely helped us improve the app. Since your review, we’ve fully released and stabilized the Back In Stock email feature, so customers are now automatically notified when products are restocked, without needing the kind of troubleshooting you experienced before. We’d truly love for you to give the app another try. If you decide to reinstall, our team will personally help make sure everything is set up and working smoothly for your store from the start.
