After Further clarification, I realized the issue was based on a misunderstanding from my side, not the app itself. however, you can always contact them through their email which is shown in the privacy policy and the reason is from Shopify dashboard that it's not shown anywhere on the app page. I'd like specifically thank Mrs. Mihai Dragan for her transparency, professionalism and quick responses throughout. She was very helpful in clarifying everything. to be fair, I've kept my original review and updated it instead of deleting it. wish you all the best --------------------------------------------------------------------------- is there a way to contact the developer ? i've been looking all around the app. store, there is no visible way to contact Grizzly Apps.
