the app is great and working well no issue by far. usually you install an app and youre kind of on your own unless something goes wrong. but with this one, I actually felt like there was someone on the other side. support is really good and they reply fast. well done.

I actually chatted with the founder JOHN directly, and he was really knowledgeable and helpful. He asked for collaborator access so he could check if I had set everything up correctly. I gave him access and honestly didn’t expect much, but he went through the setup himself, fixed a few things, and basically handed the store back to me ready to go. This is honestly the first time I’ve had an experience like this with a SHOPIFY APP. Really impressed with the support and the way they handled everything. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Good support can make or break an app, especially when payment-related functionality is involved, so this was important to us. The support team is almost suspiciously responsive. Sometimes I feel like they’re waiting for me to find another question so I can message them again LOL. I would recommend giving it a try. Very happy that we found this app.

Support deserves a special mention. I've never seen such a dedicated team in a Shopify app tbh. Nula from support reached out to me while I was still completing the onboarding steps, asking if I had any special needs or expectations from the app. The app itself is working well for what we need, but the support is definitely what stood out to me the most.

THIS IS IT. I was honestly skeptical at first because the app was relatively new and didn’t have a review but I decided to give it a try. So far, I’m really happy that I did. So far, it’s been a really positive experience. I’ll definitely update this review later as we use the app more, but for now I’m very happy with the decision to give it a chance.
