I used the app to integrate our shopify store with dpd, and create orders on dpd every time an order is placed on shopify. We then use the scan and print feature to speed up processing at depot. Super happy with the app, its very customisable and the support and help to setup is extremely supportive. I was able to contact the team and receive replies straight away, we had a quick zoom call for something more technical and we are super happy, thumbs up

The app works fine and the support team is very very cooperative and responsive. I've requested several minor fine-tunings and they were all implemented in a timely manner. If you are using DPD shipments, I strongly recommend this integration.

I recently switched from Shipstation to the DPD integration app. Initial setup was fairly straight forward and any problems I encountered were easily and swiftly resolved by app support. The app itself is very easy to use and has reduced the time it takes to fulfil my orders. I have had a couple of issues with error messages but Bogdan from app support is amazing. My emails are answered within minutes and any issues resolve pretty much immediately! Would highly recommend this app for anyone using DPD to ship their orders.

It's a great app! It saves me hours and it gives the customers the opportunity to choose the pick up they want on the map. So that it's always correct pick up point on the ticket. Before they used to enter it by hand and a lot of time it was wrong. I had a few things that I didn't understand how to do. But they support is super quick and adequate. So now it works perfectly. Highly recommended!

The application is perfect for me. I've been using it for a long time and never had a problem with it. IT support is great, they respond very quickly. With this app, I solved all shipping issues to the UK after Brexit

This is a great tool for anyone looking to integrate and ship with DPD. It works flawlessly. Our efficiency has improved greatly. And even when Brexit looked like scuppering our orders to the UK, Bogdan stepped in and helped resolve the issues. He has been nothing but responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

This app is great if you ship with DPD. Creating shipments is really quick and easy and the best thing is that the dispatch emails are sent automatically when the orders are collected by DPD. I had some questions and Bogdan was really helpful - he responded really quickly and explained clearly what I needed to do. Would 100% recommend Updating to say I've been using this app for over a year now and it's worked great for me. As our business grew we needed some additional functionality (to be able to integrate with two DPD accounts) so I emailed Bogdan and they got it live within a couple of weeks - incredible service!

I have been using this app for couple of weeks and It helps to save a lot of time and worries. I had an integration's problem with DPD in the Czech Republic. Bogdan from WebShopAssist was very kind and helpful. I can really recommend this app and their support.

Great app which works for all UK DPD / DPD LOCAL accounts. The support email was very helpful. You can print labels from the order page.

I can't recommend enough. A brilliant app that works perfectly and has completely streamlined how we process orders. It just works!!! Even more importantly, the customer service is epic. Emails and answered quickly. Or you can just call and straight away speak to someone who knows exactly what they are doing. In fact, we had a unique issue as we only ship with DPD on a proportion of our products. Following a phone call, WSA implemented a change in the app in just two days that solved this problem. I don't know another app provider who would do that! THANK YOU WSA

Really great integration between DPD and Shopify. The only app that does this for Baltic states! The staff is always happy to help and even make new integrations for different countries
