DPD is an excellent choice for parcel shipping, especially with the premium package. It handles pick-up points at checkout seamlessly and greatly simplifies the shipping process. I highly recommend it if you're using DPD for deliveries. The customer service is quick and helpful.

Important update! The app support contacted me. They helped me understand how the program works and made the necessary settings. Now everything works great! Many thanks to the guys for their work, I am changing the rating of their app to 5. Keep it up! =========== My company is forced to use this application until we find a more convenient one, even if it means changing the service provider. It is essential for our company to deliver our products to customers ONLY through parcel terminals. Unfortunately, the program does not provide such an option and by default the goods are transferred to the customer by courier, which makes delivery approximately TWICE as expensive. We contacted support, but, unfortunately, they refused to help us :( Now we are looking for another service provider and another application.

This is a must have app if your run a shopify store and use DPD. I can not express how good the support is. Bogdan even made an adjustment to the app so we could get certain info for the DPD collection (something dpd removed from their own booking app recently). This app even resolves printing issues that DPD refuse to fix and support. It is very simple to use and set up. We need more developers like this!!!

All you need for integrating DPD is this app! Works flawlessly, does everything you need, and if something is missing Bogdan, and his team are always quick to respond. They provide better support than DPD itself! We use multiple couriers and DPD is by far the easiest to manage just because of this app. Thanks!

I've been using this app for a good while now and I must say it is an excellent tool! It makes processing orders much easier. As a new user, I had some questions about a couple of features and Bogdan was always more than happy to respond in a professional manner explaining all the details. In one word it is outstanding customer service!

I gotta say, this has to be the best support i have ever seen. Fast response, they implement changes based on our needs. The plugin itself works like a charm. I recommend that you read the documentation, because the plugin is a bit confusing at first. Overall, 5 well deserved stars!

D app is lovely,perfect & easy way to integrate for my shipping labels here in d UK. Apart from that, I also want to use this opportunity to appreciate Bogdan!!..wow! Bogdan was & is so prompt with directing, replying, very patient in explaining to my understanding, even when i ask some "dump" questions which honestly was frustrating &confusing to me.
