Hi Team, We have been using your app, "Custom and Draft Order for POS", on our store for the past three months, and it has been working seamlessly for our needs! We truly appreciate the functionality it offers. To further enhance its usability for our business operations, we have a feature request that we believe would be incredibly helpful. Context: We operate a pet clinic using Shopify POS while managing our backend operations with a separate Practice Management Software (PMS). The PMS is used to create appointments, assign necessary services (e.g., grooming, consultations), and add relevant products (e.g., medical items) to the appointment. Once the appointment is completed, we generate a draft order on Shopify, and your app helps us search for and load the draft order into the cart. The Challenge: When a customer visits with two pets, we create two separate draft orders (each associated with a different appointment). At checkout, however, this requires us to process two orders and two separate payments, which is cumbersome for the customer. Currently, if we add one draft order (DO1) to the cart and then attempt to add another (DO2), the system replaces the customer and items from DO1 with those of DO2. Feature Request: We’d like to request a feature where: If DO1 is already in the cart and we navigate to DO2, we should have the option to merge DO2’s items into the cart, keeping the customer details from DO1 intact. This would result in a single cart containing the customer information from DO1 and products from both DO1 and DO2. This feature would significantly improve our checkout process and enhance the customer experience at our clinic. Thank you for considering this request. We look forward to hearing your thoughts!

This app allows me to create Draft Orders that I can pull up into Shopify's POS. This allows me to take pre-orders for trade shows using the Draft Orders and then pull up the order when customers come to pick up and pay. One functionality that I needed was to adjust the quantities of the items in the Draft Order because I'm selling multiples. I reached out to the team and they were able to modify the app so that now it does exactly what I need. Appreciate the customer support and responsiveness of the app developers!

Good morning, the APP is fantastic. The only flaw is that when you take back the draft of an order at the checkout with for example 2 items at 10.- with 1.- discount for each item and therefore the total is 18.-. at the checkout instead it only calculates a 1.- discount once, therefore on the total = 19.-. This becomes a problem because draft management ties the discount to each item. While at the POS the discount becomes on the total and can create bad errors.

App converts all items from the draft as custom sales when retrieved on the POS. Months of inventory mistakes to fix because of that issue...
Hi there, we just fixed this inside of the app! Now all items from a draft order that is imported will pull in the proper products so that inventory does not get messed up :)

Not helpful. Draft orders do not convert correctly to POS. It converts as a custom sale. No Sku. No item varriant. If you give discount. It converts to orginal price.
UPDATE: Hi there, we just fixed this inside of the app! Now all items from a draft order that is imported will pull in the proper products so that inventory does not get messed up :) This way the appropriate product, SKU, Variant, Discount, etc gets applied directly and is reflected properly in inventory, analytics, and reports!
