Drip Email Automation & Popups

We've used a variety of email marketing platforms, but none have been integrated as well with Shopify as Drip. Drip is very user friendly, along with having excellent automation workflows.

Pessimi. Una volta installata, non si riesce più ad aprire e ti rimanda alla pagina di installazione- salvo impedirtelo perchè chiaramente il negozio risulta già connesso a un account Drip. Servizio clienti inesistente. Fatturazione crescente e totalmente incoerente.

Drip makes building relationships with our clients a breeze with automated email communications. We choose the message and the frequency and drip makes it happen. Setting up the work flows is easy once you get going. Great customer support too!

I can't believe how easy Drip integration with Shopify is. Truly makes my work so much more effective. And it seems like they keep trying to improve it along the way. The best.

I'm about 6 months into using DRIP with Shopify. It's a powerful toolset that lets you access customer segment for targeted email coms. I have a c 90k mailing list and the brilliance of DRIP is that i can segment that list down with a handful of logic statements to a tiny focused group that i know are on the cusp of a purchase and only require the lightest of nudges to pull the trigger. I drive about 30k of monthly revenue from it, you can work out the ROAS for yourselves. It's easy to use, quick to learn, the staff are responsive to requests and the reporting is accurate and simple to digest. Once you've factored in your attribution into the wider scheme of GAnalytics ecommerce reporting it's a beautifully effective addition to any marketers toolbox. Oh yeh, 6 months in, it's never fallen down on me once. I wish all store apps were this good.

The drip platform and Shopify integration is brilliant. We've been using them together for the past 18 months or so and have a number of automations running. Their support is also great. You won't be disappointed.

I use Drip for all my email needs and it's a real lifesaver to have this app so I don't have to mess around with code to have the integration up and running! I haven't had any issues with the connection after using it for several months and my emails are looking better than ever.

We switched our email system over to Drip when we were experiencing issues with another provider. We have been very, very happy with Drip - we love all of the capabilities/work flows, how our emails always send out on time and it's so nice to have a great support team as well as a customer success manager that checks in with us often to ensure we are capitalizing on all of the capabilities that they offer! Highly recommend to anyone searching for a new email marketing provider.

Update: Customer service is responsive, but not really helpful with my issue. The on-site popups integration steps with Shopify are incorrect, since the release of the new theme options. I reached out to customer service, but they told me to reach out to Shopify for help. I'm not happy with that response. The integration process needs vast improvements.

Drip is an excellent marketing automation tool. It's both simple to use out of the box, and is highly customizable to fit all of our complex needs. We love the split testing features, as well as the data visualizations provided to highlight what's working and what has room to improve. We've always had great experience with Support & the technical team — anytime we have a question, they work with us right away. They're constantly releasing improvements and new useful features, which means the platform and available tools just keep getting better. Drip has become a very reliable revenue generator for our company. Highly recommend.

Fast customer service before you buy in, super slow and unfair business handling after!!! We had a major billing issue with them. They promised us a 30 days free trial however after 14 days we were fully charged for a full month. When we address their customer support, they sent us to resolve the issue with Shopify billing saying they have no control. We went back to Shopify which in return send us back to drip. When we wrote back to support it took them time to reply and then another billing cycle happened. Eventually, after another attempt to reach a different customer service member, we were told that they are sorry and that the issue will be reviewed. Of course, no one came back to us for a few weeks, with another billing cycle and charges made. When I finally threatened to place a dispute i got a reply and suddenly they were willing to process a credit. I wonder why they could have not done it the first time, 3 months ago. We never used the app or sent out even a single email !! Their app might be good, but the service is unacceptable.

It's a good tool, not without a few operational problems that seem to have been worked through eventually. Pricing is expensive compared to competitors and payment options exclude the virtual VISA cards issued by FX payment services like Airwallex. These issues matter to Shopify store owners that don't operate in US dollars.
