I switched to Drip from Mailchimp and enjoy their automatic re-targetting and it's just so much easier to use and design emails and automatations. Love it.

The drip platform and Shopify integration is brilliant. We've been using them together for the past 18 months or so and have a number of automations running. Their support is also great. You won't be disappointed.

It connects my store perfectly to my Drip account, bringing all the important data along with my mailing list. I've been using Drip with all my businesses and projects and couldn't recommend more. Simple to integrate and all the important information is at my Drip Dashboard.

We love Drip's intuitive and user-friendly automations and the ability to automatically retarget specifically those people who didn't open your email. We switched from Mailchimp and don't plan on going back!

I use Drip for all my email needs and it's a real lifesaver to have this app so I don't have to mess around with code to have the integration up and running! I haven't had any issues with the connection after using it for several months and my emails are looking better than ever.

I am still new but so far, very good. There is a lot more value available for the price I was paying another provider, and it is helpful to have suggested workflows, especially for someone who isn't familiar with e-comm but is just starting out with trying to run a shop for the first time. There are many ways to add customers to different segments based on where their journey is with your store, which is also a learning point for me. Happy I found it, and hope to continue having good experiences with the program.

I now have 3 clients using this CRM and I am thrilled thus far. It is easy to use and they give you great tips. I love that they keep expanding their offerings to "meet the customer" where they have needs! Thank you!

We switched our email system over to Drip when we were experiencing issues with another provider. We have been very, very happy with Drip - we love all of the capabilities/work flows, how our emails always send out on time and it's so nice to have a great support team as well as a customer success manager that checks in with us often to ensure we are capitalizing on all of the capabilities that they offer! Highly recommend to anyone searching for a new email marketing provider.

Update: Customer service is responsive, but not really helpful with my issue. The on-site popups integration steps with Shopify are incorrect, since the release of the new theme options. I reached out to customer service, but they told me to reach out to Shopify for help. I'm not happy with that response. The integration process needs vast improvements.

We used to run our business with Active Campaign, which is a great tool, but not too integrated with Shopify. After trying our Klaviyo and having the worst customer service ever, we found out Drip. It´s as powerful as Klaviyo, tracking pretty much everything a user does on your website, but with fair customer service and much better UX. It still has to increase it´s integration with other tools such as Review Tools, but it was a very good movement for our business. We now have a much more consistent communication with our customers and better understanding of their behavior.

This is the least capable and stable email marketing platform I have tried and tested, and I have used ALL the major platforms. It is the poorest because of numerous bugs and performance issues involving syncing contacts, automations, and subscriber form failures. Many other issues you can read about in other comments. But what truly makes Drip so bad is the customer service. It is non-existent. I have emailed, called and messaged online a number of times and have never got one response. Please consider another platform unless your store's marketing is not important for your business.

Drip is an excellent marketing automation tool. It's both simple to use out of the box, and is highly customizable to fit all of our complex needs. We love the split testing features, as well as the data visualizations provided to highlight what's working and what has room to improve. We've always had great experience with Support & the technical team — anytime we have a question, they work with us right away. They're constantly releasing improvements and new useful features, which means the platform and available tools just keep getting better. Drip has become a very reliable revenue generator for our company. Highly recommend.

Fast customer service before you buy in, super slow and unfair business handling after!!! We had a major billing issue with them. They promised us a 30 days free trial however after 14 days we were fully charged for a full month. When we address their customer support, they sent us to resolve the issue with Shopify billing saying they have no control. We went back to Shopify which in return send us back to drip. When we wrote back to support it took them time to reply and then another billing cycle happened. Eventually, after another attempt to reach a different customer service member, we were told that they are sorry and that the issue will be reviewed. Of course, no one came back to us for a few weeks, with another billing cycle and charges made. When I finally threatened to place a dispute i got a reply and suddenly they were willing to process a credit. I wonder why they could have not done it the first time, 3 months ago. We never used the app or sent out even a single email !! Their app might be good, but the service is unacceptable.

It's a good tool, not without a few operational problems that seem to have been worked through eventually. Pricing is expensive compared to competitors and payment options exclude the virtual VISA cards issued by FX payment services like Airwallex. These issues matter to Shopify store owners that don't operate in US dollars.

Drip is the most powerful advanced tool I've ever used for our business. It tracks your customer journey including the pages and products they visited even if they haven't purchased yet. I love the feature as it visually gives me a wide visual picture overview of each person on a timeline. Their support team has always been helpful and responsive when I've reached out or got stuck on something technical. I highly recommend this for all Shopify stores who want to take their business to the next level.
