My Store review for DropCommerce: US Dropshipping

I've never used such a terrible app. My order hasn't shipped in ages. It's been over ten days, and they still haven't shipped it. Every time they say "ship today," but nothing happens. I contacted customer service, but they're completely useless; their replies are either inexplicably delayed or they just disappear, leaving me to keep waiting. It's awful!!
