DropCommerce: US Dropshipping

DropCommerce and Jimmy did a outstanding and 10+ job in fixing the issues in my Shopify store. I had a sold out button on everyone of my DropCommerce products and they successfully removed it.

One of the best dropshipping apps out there. The items are high quality, which does mean slightly higher prices, but the fast shipping and great customer service more than make up for it. Highly recommend.

User friendly to set up as a Drop Shipping Supplier. Would recommend!

signed up under the trail… everything sucks super high prices so i canceled and didn’t go through with it the same day. Yet now I have a bill of $55 dollars with them and no way to contact support to have it removed. Shopify also will NOT HELP! Stay away at all cost!

This app is so easy to use, and I suggest the sight to anyone

I downloaded this app, and before I even started using it, it began deducting money from my credit card. Customer service hasn't responded at all, it's incredibly frustrating, and they refuse to give me a refund. Trying to access the app repeatedly results in it crashing and I can't log in properly. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but haven't received a response. Not recommended! Absolutely not recommended!

I am having a little trouble with the flow.

I've never used such a terrible app. My order hasn't shipped in ages. It's been over ten days, and they still haven't shipped it. Every time they say "ship today," but nothing happens. I contacted customer service, but they're completely useless; their replies are either inexplicably delayed or they just disappear, leaving me to keep waiting. It's awful!!

Jimmy was incredibly helpful during a very stressful situation! I had an urgent issue where a customer exploited a test discount code and ordered my most expensive product for nearly free. Jimmy stayed attentive throughout our entire conversation, explained DropCommerce's processes clearly, provided the supplier's contact information, and continued to push for a resolution on my behalf. Thanks to his persistence and professionalism, the situation was resolved and I was able to recover from what could have been a significant financial loss.
