I used DropCommerce done-for-you to set up my store because I needed to get it going quickly and it was the best experience. My representative was Maria and she made the whole process smooth and incredibly fast. My store was up and running 24 hours after I submitted the request and it looks awesome. I'm very happy with the service.

I started using DropCommerce to find products for my store and it’s been a really good experience. The products feel higher quality than a lot of other dropshipping options I’ve tried, and shipping is faster too. Adding items to my store was simple and everything synced up without any issues. Makes running my store a lot smoother.

Communitation with this store sucks. I have been emailing and trying to reach out to someone about and order I have. Been three days and no response.

We’ve had an outstanding relationship with DropCommerce in our online marketplace where we offer clean, crafted, and conscious goods from purpose-driven brands. So, we have decided to use them exclusively for all of our drop-shipping. Even though we secretly want to keep them all to ourself at Laguna Happy, we know that we must sing their praises from the rooftops! Their product selection is hands down the best in the market. No mass-produced items...only carefully vetted, fair trade, artisan, and non-toxic brands. And they don't waiver with the temptation to follow the status quo and work with mass producers and big importers. They stay true to their values which is our philosophy as well. Plus, they listen to their customer's ideas and brand suggestions. That is a big win for Laguna Happy. When Shopify required major platform changes for their app partners recently, DropCommerce handled the complex requirements with true professionalism and hard work, communicating clearly with us through the entire process. They are poised to lead drop-shipping in the U.S. and Canada. Shopify would do well to partner deeper with DropCommerce. I had high hopes for this platform, but it’s hard to ignore the challenges. The pricing structure is a major concern—selling a candle at $50 just to maintain a margin is unreasonable. It’s hard to imagine who would pay that much for such a product. On top of that, there are technical issues that make the experience frustrating. For example, when importing products, they often appear as “out of stock” before randomly switching back to “available”—and this happens across all items. I’ve also noticed images being changed or removed without my input, leaving my shop looking unprofessional with mismatched photos that don’t align with the products. I tried reaching out for support, but since it’s Sunday, I don’t expect to hear back soon. This experience has been far from smooth, and I really hope these issues are addressed quickly.
