Highly recommended if you're into dropshipping quality products. Spencer and team are very supportive! You can focus on the marketing as DropCommerce solved sourcing and fulfillment part of the business.

DropCommerce is a fantastic platform. It's intuitive, incredibly simple to use, and locating products to import directly into your Shopify store is very straightforward. They even have a pre-built store option that is very affordable as well. I went with this option to get my Shopify store up to speed as quickly as possible - and it looks great! Also I truly believe focusing on locally produced products from the United States and Canada is going to become increasingly important in ecommerce. Best of all DropCommerce have an incredible team (shoutout to Spencer, Karan and Maria) - the customer service is top notch - always quick, responsive and polite. If you are new to drop shipping and want to shorten the learning curve, I highly recommend DropCommerce!

I would highly recommend this app if you run a dropship store. especially in The US and Canada. Implementation was so easy and it worked great. We are based in Australia and Europe so I'm really hoping they will add more suppliers in our niche. Other than that pleasant app.

Drop Shipping Breath of Fresh Air! I've used so many different drop shipping apps, but this was different. So Different! High quality product selection of stuff people would actually want and get value from. Then the next big surprise was realistic shipping times that customers can actually live with. Gone are the days of refunding just because a customer couldn't wait several weeks. If you just install one drop shipping app on your store, this is the App to have. Thank you DropCommerce!

The products and suppliers are top notch. The two that I work with process and ship orders within 5 days. It's so much better than cheap Aliexpress. AND the support team is very helpful. I needed some help today with an app bug and they got back to me with a fix within an hour. Take the leap and ditch the Chinese shipping.

This is an easy to use Shopify app. It is a breath of fresh air compared to some other drop shipping apps I have used in the past. Also, documentation is very helpful.

I downloaded this app and not realizing it, they started charging me right away. I never signed up for any plan and yet they keep charging my credit card. This is shady..

We have only been using this app for a short time. However, their customer service has been top notch! Jim has been wonderful to work with! He helped us set everything up quite quickly and answered all of our questions almost instantly. We have considered offering a dropship option for our retailers for some time now, and after lots of research felt that DropCommerce was best suited for our needs. We love that their model is based around U.S. brands and that they lean towards quality. So far everything is going smoothly. Highly recommend.

The CEO of this company has been working with me on fixing any issues, and they really do care about their clients. I really appreciate what they have done to help me with my store. The reason to be with Drop-commerce is the suppliers. Especially if you want quality, vetted products that ship from the U.S. or Canada.

Bugs: We definitely want to hear about any bugs you have encountered on our platform. We have recently launched some significant improvement updates but sometimes some bugs get missed by our team, we would much appreciate any details regarding this if you don't mind sharing with our team. In the meantime we are working hard at making our platform bug free for our users. Security: Just to clarify are you using our newly released embedded version of DropCommerce? If that is the case then it does require you to launch our app from withing Shopify's admin panel. If that is not the case can you please let our support team know some more details on your concerns around the security of our app? Adding Shipping Prices: You can actually do this by navigating to advanced settings, and toggling the "Include Shipping In Price" button to on. Product Descriptions: The descriptions are written by our suppliers, however we do make an effort to help ensure that descriptions are thorough and free of spelling errors. If there are specific product descriptions that need to be fixed we would love to hear about it so we can correct the issue! Supplier: We are sorry to hear that the supplier you were using on DropCommerce has left, we will be sure to reach out to see if they were experiencing specific issues with our platform or if it was a business decision to stop dropshipping. I've happily installed this app and imported a few products, before realising that some products have shipping costs of 40 - 80 USD. This means that selling products from DropCommerce at their default prices (which is already on the high end) would mean earning a profit of less than 10 buxs and at times even losing profit (due to expensive shipping). I've uninstalled the app since.

Slick app for adding drop-shippable products into your pre existing store to make some extra passive revenue. Easy to navigate, and the selection of available products is great.

My shop is new and I decided to start with Dropcommerce for several reasons - shipping times and quality of the products. Also, the sync with Shopify is so easy and intuitive. The test purchases that I made went well and all of the suppliers have been great to work with. Deliveries were made on time. Hopefully, Dropcommerce will continue to add suppliers as well as enhance their own platform and scale for growth.

We had an issue with one supplier that was unresponsive for more than a month and customer service helped us sort this out. We have been using DropCommerce for some time now and they keep improving the app and especially on how they handle unresponsive suppliers.

This has to be the worst app I've ever used. I have tried SO many times. I've tried different shops, different shopify stores of mine, the outcome is almost always frustrating! The app doesn't work great, no one answers the chats, the orders don't sync. I can't pay for an order to fulfill it. Order I pay to get fulfilled never go through. It's ton of headaches and they won't refund my money because I paid for the year!!!! Stay away! Thinking of contacting better business bureau.
